
The Pursuit
Over a three-year collaboration, I worked closely with Dodge with a clear pursuit: to build a podcast and personal brand capable of scaling at the highest level. This meant far more than filming episodes, it was about creating a complete content ecosystem.
We refined every detail, from studio build, camera setups, lighting, and audio, to a high volume social strategy that pushed multiple pieces of content across all platforms. By focusing on small, compounding improvements, we transformed the podcast into a consistently high-performing show.
The results speak for themselves. We produced 250+ episodes, filmed across the UK and internationally, built a custom podcast studio in Bournemouth, and hosted major guests including Barry Hearn and Michael Bisping. In just 12 months, the podcast grew from 12,000 to 100,000 YouTube subscribers, while generating 100 million views in six months through strategic content distribution.
